Taylor Swift Promotes 'Lorax'-Themed PSA To Kids
The country singer is not only into singing and show-business, but also into education.
Taylor Swift can be seen anywhere in the internet, and her voice can be heard flowing on the airwaves. What's good is that the country singer is not only into entertainment, but also into promoting education through reading.
Taylor Swift is currently busy with promoting the 'Dr. Seuss' The Lorax" not really urging people to watch it, but for young people to read the book. She's one of the young people chosen by the The National Education Association to promote the affair wherein children and adults are encourage to get a book and read.
Zac Efron, Danny Devito, Ed Helms and Betty White, are also tasked to promote the event.
The cast of the movie will be reciting, ""You're never too old, too wacky, too wild, to pick up a book and read with a child. In schools and communities let's gather around. Let's pick up a book. Let's pass it around. There are kids all around you, kids who will need someone to hug, someone to read. So join in the fun in your own special way. Read across America with Dr. Seuss and the NEA."
Read Across America Day will happen in all parts of America on March 2, 2012, the same date 'The Lorax' will be available in theaters.
